Is there any cost to participate?

NBMC sponsors the first 85 employers to join the network, providing them with free access. Employers starting from the 86th will receive a 50% discount on any Kibbi packages for the first year. Please contact Lisa for the discount code.  

What types of job seekers can I expect to find through the NBMC and Kibbi network?

You will have access to a qualified pool of job seekers, including newcomers, underrepresented groups, and local talent with a wide range of skills, education and experience.

How can I engage with candidates who speak languages other than English?

Kibbi’s multilingual support allows you to reach job seekers who speak a variety of languages, helping you tap into a broader talent pool.

What are the expectations for participating in this project?

As an employer partner, we ask that you keep your career page updated, post job opportunities, and actively engage with the hiring platform by reviewing applicants and providing feedback. Additionally, we may request your participation in occasional surveys to help improve job matching and support workforce retention in New Brunswick.
