Why we built this (and why it's free)
We're Kibbi — a Canadian career centre platform built for professional associations. This template came from 40+ conversations with association EDs and career services directors who all said the same thing:
"I wish I'd known what to ask before we signed the last contract."
So we wrote down every question they wished they'd asked, every trap they fell into, and every criterion that would have actually predicted vendor fit. That's this template.
