FAQ — 5 Questions Every ED Asks

Will our members have to pay for this?

Never. The entire member experience — credential display, opportunity matching, applications, career resources — is free to your members. It's a benefit of membership, delivered under your brand.

We have a current job-board vendor. What happens to them?

Your choice. Many associations run Kibbi alongside their current vendor for the first renewal cycle, compare the data side-by-side, and make an informed call at renewal. We also help with migration if you're ready to switch immediately. No lock-in either way.

Who owns the member data?

You do. Full stop. Your members' data belongs to your association, is exportable at any time, and is never sold or shared. Kibbi is a processor, not an owner.

How long does it take to launch?

Four weeks is typical, end to end. Most of that is SSO and AMS integration testing — the career center itself configures in days. If your association has a pressing renewal cycle we can fast-track to two weeks.

If it's free, how do we benefit?

Member retention and board-ready outcome data. Associations with active Kibbi partnerships see measurably stronger renewal narratives and, where they opt in, additional non-dues revenue from employer sponsorships. Both are the asset — neither comes at your cost.
