Will our members have to pay for this?

Never. The entire member experience — credential display, opportunity matching, applications, career resources — is free to your members. It's a benefit of membership, delivered under your brand.

We have a current job-board vendor. What happens to them?

Many associations run Kibbi alongside their existing vendor for the first renewal cycle, compare the data side by side, and make the call at renewal. If you'd rather migrate immediately, we handle that. No lock-in either way.

Who owns the member data?

You do. Your members' data belongs to your association, is exportable at any time, and is never sold or shared. Members can chose to delete their information at any time. 

How long does it take to launch?

Within 48 hours, you can see how your branded platform looks like and function. For integration and more extended requests— the career centre itself configures within 1 month. 

If it's free, how do we benefit?

Member retention and board-ready outcome data. Associations with active Kibbi partnerships see measurably stronger renewal narratives and, where they opt in, additional non-dues revenue from employer posting jobs & sponsorships. Both are the assets — neither comes at your cost.
